Refund policy

 • The product is proven to be impure or contaminated through third-party testing

 • The item(s) received are incorrect or were shipped in error

 • Clear photos of the received items and packaging (if incorrect or damaged)

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)

If a return is approved due to a verified issue, a refund may be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the funds.
